These terms
Using Bespoke, whether you are only reading the site or you hold an account, means you accept what is on this page. If you do not accept it, do not use the platform.
Your account
Give accurate details and keep them current. One account per person. Your password is yours to protect, and you are responsible for what happens under your account. Staff accounts must have two-factor authentication enabled before they can be used.
Applying as talent
Anyone may apply. A person on our team reviews the application, and your profile becomes visible in the directory only after it is approved. A decline comes with a reason, and you may apply again.
What you publish
Your CV, portfolio, photo and profile text remain yours. By uploading them you allow Bespoke to store them and to show your profile on the platform once it is approved. Publish only work you have the right to publish.
Rates and engagements
Talent set and publish their own hourly rate; it is what that person asks for, not a price set by Bespoke. Bespoke is not a party to a contract between a client and a talent unless we have agreed to be, in writing.
Acceptable use
Do not do any of the following:
- Give false details, or present someone else’s work or credentials as your own.
- Upload anything unlawful, harassing, or built to damage a system.
- Collect profiles or files automatically, by scraping or otherwise.
- Try to reach accounts, files or staff areas you are not entitled to.
- Work around rate limits, verification or any other security control.
Availability and change
Parts of the platform are still being built; How the platform works says which. Features can change or be withdrawn, and we do not promise uninterrupted service.
Suspension and deletion
We can suspend or remove an account that breaks these terms, and the decision is recorded. You can delete your own account at any time; what that removes is described on the privacy page.
Responsibility
The platform is provided as it is. We review applications carefully, but we do not guarantee the outcome of any engagement, and work delivered under an agreement between a client and a talent is a matter between them.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates.
